Servo Pipe

Post

Looking to see if anyone knows the exact part I need to replace servo pipe

I need to replace the pipe that runs from the servo to the inlet manifold as currently it looks like it just has some random blue silicone hose on it. Does anyone know the exact part I need to replace it with, have had a chat with someone that has the valve but I just want to be sure. I've added a picture onto this post of what is currently on and to show what I mean. The car is an 83 tin top with a 1.8 carb engine from an 89 clipper.

They call that the Crack pipe over here.
They are really hard to come by, as you didn't state the year and model and engine on your ride it is hard for me to search.

I personally would use a good grade of re-enforced rubber hose and a Check valve as you need that to prevent vacuum loss on the engine.

Here is a link to a 82

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

The actual car is a 83 CL which had a 1.3 engine and the engine in it now is a 1989 clipper 1.8 carburettor engine, was sent these pictures by someone who has some spare, do you know if either of them are correct? image1.png image2.png

Either one will work just be sure that the check valve is allowing Vacuum towards  the manifold, the little capped nipples are towards the manifold.
