Rear window seal

Hi, I’m re-fitting my rear/hatch window this weekend. Looking at the new seal I got from VWH, it has three grooves.

Seems pretty obvious but thought I’d check in advance - the glass goes in the middle groove, I.e. the one between my finger and the red arrow, is that correct?
