PLEASE HELP!

Hi, so cutting a long story short my 1.1 engine died so fitted a 1.3 5 years ago and only just got round to getting it roadworthy! The only thing stopping me is the crankcase hose is missing and I can't find one anywhere, so my only option is to somehow create a new one with some breather hose and a breather filter, anyone ever done this before? Or know a way to get round it? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks mate, I eventually tracked some down through main dealer so will see if it's right when I collect later, amazed they had any left!
