The lead in air intake goes to a snorkle on the bumper.
The one out the rear goes to the heat riser on the back of the exhaust manifold with pre heat exchange hose.
I plugged that off using a cap off of a Radiator jug, and siliconed it in place. I capped off the vacuum hose on the Throttle Body.
From cabby-info.com
As a matter of fact I ran Pre-heater hose off the front hose port to the back of the grille so I could ram air into it. I wire-tied the hose to the grille and to the port on the
box. There are threads on how to dremmel it out and get it about 1 inch bigger, then duct the air off the grill in to it

Oh and you are missing the MAF sensor and intake tube to connect it to the throttle body (expensive.) I know I had one that holed.. I have a thread on how to look for and repair a holed air intake tube.
