Probably less money than you spent on it so keep it as you can get child seats which fit the Mk1 golf and when you can fit front facing child seats you can get some designed for lap belts so you can put the kids in the back.
I kept my car with my new born to my kids now being 9 and 7 years old and they love it with the roof down

If you are happy with the price and feel you've had your enjoyment out of the car, if it's going to a good home to be used…..

Decision, decision  O_o

It looks a nice car, and restored too, my car is very similar to yours and I would like to value it at 6k , so I think the offer is fair.

Are you sure you want to sell tho' , prices are likely to go up, and they are liveable with on a daily basis…..

Decisions decisions !!!

Cheers jazzydog its a great solid car and looking at what they are doing its a fair bid, i i just know it will end up parked up after this summer and it seems a shame for it, im also 6ft 2 so not ideal for it
Think im trying to find negatives

Like you say decisions decisions

See why you lot get the bug for them now

I was going to say 6-7k. Since you've been offered 6k, seems about right.

If I had that, I sure wouldn't sell it for 6K, especially not in summer.

Noun - Car

When the steering wheel was first put into use in automobiles, it was called the whip. The term has now been generalised to classify any automobile.
