Need some advise. Looking at having my headliner replaced in my MK 1 Golf GL tintop. I live in the Midlands. Can someone recommend a place that can do this and the cost i should expect.

Take a look a retro retrims. They seems to make a very good quality product. As for price these are the options they have. You maybe able to ask for different colours not 100% sure

Bromsgrove Auto Trimmers have quoted me £630 plus VAT for supply and fit. Is this a good price

That is the base that I charge for a top change on a Vert.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

£630 is alot…. I guess they don't really want to do it. Do you still have all the glass in place?

I had a Webasto roof recovered (outer layer)and a new headliner made and fitted for my Mk1 Scirocco for £150 but I had already took out all the glass.
