Need help identifying a part

As per title. I was trying to trace a vacuum leak which turned out to be a hole in this thing! I plugged it with a small screw and it has half cured my tick over problem! Is it something that's still available?

That looks like a vacuum check valve. Still available I think.

I don't know across the pond but GM makes that part for a Caddillac.

Thanks for the replies! Mine is missing an outlet which has been snapped off, presumably why I had the leak. Can anybody tell me what would have gone on there or was it blanked off?

Mine has 2  of the small vacuum outlets, one goes to the dashboard for the mpg on the MFA, and the other is blocked off.
