Hi can anyone give me a guide on changing the mfd it seems to be screwed from the back and can't work out how to get it off

Hi, I would suggest Briano is the man you want. He's in the US so time difference will mean he's probably not seen your Post yet.  Have you tried his DIY links ? There may be  a "How To" in there.

I did have a look but couldn't see anything I have just took it apart and hopefully it will work just putting it back together now

Well over here I don't have a MFA, and the clock always worked, and since the mylar is Fragile, I never really looked at how to get it out.  I would assume that under the mylar there is a screw or two holding it in.
