mk2 brake calipers and carriers

Hi,

I am about to purchase a Mk1 rear disc brake conversion package with braided brake lines  for my Golf Karmann Clipper. I need a set of calipers and carriers to go with the package. Does anyone know where I can get these items?

You can do it with either mk2 golf rear calipers or with polo rear discs and carriers.

As where to get them…… Some motor factors will do them new, otherwise ebay or scrap yards (probably only for the polo ones though)

TBH I wouldn't bother. I have both and notice no difference between the set ups.

Unless it's for aesthetics only.
