Missing part on clipper kit

Had the car back from the body shop, didn't release until last week that an arch detail going the bumper to the arch at he drivers side rear is missing.  Look at vw heritage and eBay etc theres various parts available, but not sure if there what is required.

Here is what my rear wheel arch has on the backside of the wheel well


as well as a cover that holds the bottom that has vents on them.
You can barely make it out, sorry I don't have a better pic…..
 

Thanks for the picture.  That's exactly the part. Don't suppose if anyone knows what that part is called ?  

Ask the body shop if they have the missing bit, I guess they removed it when painting the car?
