Indicator Issues

So all the electrics were working perfectly in my car after i rewired it and everything was spot on. I had to connect the rev counter as i now have gearbox and engine back in the car. so i pulled out the instrument cluster then connected it up to rev counter cable and then hooked instrument cluster back up and started to put the dash back together, but thought i would double check everything was working fine before i buttoned it all up. Now everything seems to work except my indicators and my rear heated window switch. For the indicators the light in the dash comes on as do the indicators themselves, but the indicators do not click on and off via the relay. When i use the hazard switch they work perfectly but they just wont cycle on and off via the indicator stalk on the steering column. Is this a ground issue? And what could be the issue with the rear heated window now? seems wierd. Any help would be appreciated.

You only blow that fuse because the live power to the hazard switch is not insulated, and when you remove it it shorts out against the ground wire next to it or frame.

Easy fix is to cover the bare connector with a piece of heat shrink and you will never blow that fuse again.

PSSSt. it's that itty bitty wire on the right side of the hazard.
