ignition barrel

Hi
can anyone tell me how to remove the ignition lock barrel, lost my keys , have a new set of locks and keys, have done the doors OK but cannot see how to release ignition barrel.

You have to get to the upper bearing housing then drill at a specific point to release the spring.
