Hose - Header tank to metal coolant pipe

Hi folks,
I need a new hose that goes from the header tank to the metal coolant pipe on the block. It is 1.8 DX engine in an 83 tin top. VW part listing is 171121109F. It's pretty much a straight pipe with a short 90 degree bend at the end. Trying to find one however is a struggle. Most listing seem to be for 171121109E which are much less straight. Does anyone know if the E variant will fit a DX, if not any ideas where to get the right one? Heritage don't do it, nor does Classic VW.
