Help needed identifying an airbox hose!

I've been out of the scene for a while.  Trying to get my MK1 cabby back in the road.  Can any one identify the hose circled in the picture?  It's perished at one end and I'm trying to find a replacement.

It's the breather pipe. According to parts diagram it is 067 103 221 C
