Fueling order and swirl pot question?

So am I right in thinking the order of my fueling stuff goes like this, I’m bored at work so flicking through my phone photos I came across this Pic of the stuff I ripped off my G40.



Feed
Lift pump  > Swirl pot > external Pump > Filter > Injectors

Return
Engine > Swirl Pot > Tank

The return line is the blue one right? So the blue and black next to each other on the swirl pot go to the Tank? And the blue one on the side of it goes to the engine return yeah?  And the line on the other end of the filter goes to the injectors?

So in my head I've just got the Blues from the pot mixed up?


Does that matter, or is that a really stupid question?  

Yes one is a return to the tank, and the other is the feed from the lift pump.



Left is return in, right is lift pump out.

Yeah I know what goes where on the lift pump. 

I think I have my blue pipes mixed up that go to the swirl pot. The one on the side outlet of the swirl pot goes to the lift pump and the other blue goes to the return from the fuel rail according to your diagram. 

Pretty sure my polo setup was flip flopped to that?? Or that's how my picture assumes it was?

Am I making any sense?

I'll just copy your diagram as I'm rambling, a perfect example of a messed up brain.
