fuel starvation

My clipper is struggling to get fuel to the carb, weber 32/34, have changed fuel pipes in engine bay filter and cleaned carb filter, blown air through petrol line, is there a filter in sender unit, car will drive at low speed but cuts out at higher speed and worse uphill, any help appreciated.





 

Hi Coxi How long have you had the Weber on? A common problem with the Weber is that people forget to fit a restrictor in the return fuel line. If you've had it on a while with no issues it could be anything.
Rust in tank
Blocked tank vent
Wrong fuel cap
Blocked fuel line
Bad fuel pump
Blockage in carb
Blocked vapour separator(if still fitted)
