Fuel leak!

Just about to put the golf away in a garage for the winter when I noticed spots of fuel dripping from the tank. 
Got it up on ramps to inspect and it's not the tank, but the end connector on one of the pipes, shooting out a line of fuel onto the underside of the tank, soaking the lot. 

Has anyone else had a similar thing happen? Is it common? And what needs replacing? 

Any help would be appreciated 

That looks like the accumulator, and a pinhole in the flexible hose connection to it.  Should just be a case of getting the replacement accumulator hose.
