Fuel filler neck

Hi all,

As my filler neck is non-oem, I want to get an original one.

I came across the one in the pictures.

I cant tell, but I was hoping anyone can - if this is the neck I need?

The guy tells me its from a mk1 diesel.

You will need to tell us if it is a tin top or cabrio as they differ.

Tin top it is, I was not blessed with the soft top goodness unfortunately :/

If looks to short and the angle looks wrong, I don't think it's from a Mk1.

Makes no difference if petrol or diesel filler neck.

You can see how long from the filler cap to the bend this one is and the tab to hold it to the car.
