Fitting rear wheels - PSlot

Hi All

  I was just fitting my new wheels and i wasn't able to fit the rear wheels.  Seemed like they were being caught on the red thing in the picture below .  Any ideas what this is and what I should do??  I took off after market wheels 

On a side point this is what the front looks like.  Not too happy and I think I definitely need the black inserts and on the caps.

Just take that spigot ring off

The red spigot ring is probably on the wheel you took off on the fronts as well but are probably stuck on the wheels.  Should prise off easy enough from the rear hub.
