Fitting dust shield to front hub

Has anyone fitted the dust shields to the front hubs with out dismantle the hub ?
Guess the only way to fit them without cracking the hub nut and dismantle t is to cut away a section so it slides over/around the hub

If you manage to get the old bolts out then yes the only way to fit it without taking the hub off is cut a section out and slide it on, just make sure you put it on the right way round so it curves away from the disc.
