Engine

Hi I purchased a mk1 van some years ago and put it in the back of my garage. It’s now time to start work on it as my others are just about there. Could anyone confirm what this engine is from. I think it’s. 1.3 Polo engine of 1985 vintage. Am I right? It runs really well but any help or advice would be helpful. Engine number is MA362286 it won’t let me down load pictures!!!

Weird, I wonder why it won't let you load up pictures?

If it's got a 3 stud rocker cover it's probably from a later early polo.
