Hi,
I noticed quite abit of engine oil on the manifold, could this be sleeping through from the rocker cover? Thanks

Use a IN/LBS torque wrench and set it to 87 in/lbs.
You can replace it with a re-usable rubber gasket but with either you can only use 2 drops of red RTV at the head plane over the cam seal.
With the rubber gasket you have to replace the valve cover studs from shouldered to non-shouldered ones.
If you do that place a large flat washer over the stud to keep your vice-grips from scratching the head. Just a couple of taps on the vice grip and they usually loosen.
