Hi folks, Looking to replace my distributor as part of an engine rebuild. Mines a bit worn but works. The main reason I want to replace it is someone in the past has taken an Hamer and chisel to it to try to remove it. This has left the bottom of it all butchered. The distributors part number is 026 905 205 AC. Do any of you good folk know any compatible distributors and their part numbers as I’m struggling to find an exact match. The engine it comes off is an EX code carburettor 89/90.
Thankyou Steve.
Thankyou Steve.

Thanks Deano, have you got a part number or a link to what you bought. How does your car run with it? I have read different distributors have different advances. Gti for example is different to the carburettor.
