Dash bolt length?!

Morning all, 

My mk1 arrived with me Wednesday and the first job to get done this weekend is going to be to get the Dash fitted, it currently has a polo dash in with non standard fixings! 

I know that the 4 dash bolts are 8mm and my plan is to get some countersunk 8mm bolts but from memory does anyone know the length? Don't want to buy something stupidly long or short!

If you wouldn't mind getting the measuring tape out and letting me know that would be great! Hoping to get it in this weekend.

Also if you've got no need for them let me know what you'd want for them as ideally I'd have the proper ones in even if I have to go with  something different for now!

Needed both, I'm pretty much starting again with the interior, I managed to get some seatbelt bolts from heritage so it's the dash bolts that I'm now short.
