Couple of conundrums:

1. See pic of plate - think it goes near rad but looking to reattach but where 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

2. The MPG vacuum pipe - where is this attached to in engine bay as can't recall now

The plate is fixed to the side of the right hand metal upright that is behind the central VW grille badge if that makes any sense.
