Calling all GOLF GL Owners

I have been doing some research on my car and it seems for a GL model it had chrome inserts in the bumpers and headlight washers. Please see pictures. Mine is the red one. As you can see my bumpers are missing both. Can someone tell me where i may obtain the chrome strips from and do the headlight washers come only with a bumper or were a seperate element that bolted on. I would expect the latter knowing VW. Also can these be bough seperate and is there a switch inside that operates them

Not only did it have the chrome but the bumpers were a grey plastic. I think all new repalcements are black.
