Caddy windscreen

Can't get windscreen to fit my caddy when measured mine has smaller hole and screen than normal mk1. This is my second panel against the main frame on pick up door gaps perfect but my gap is 1/4 Inc smaller at top and quarter inch with as well

You didn't get the newer style of windscreen as the later 90"s cabbies was a little bigger than the earlier 80mk1's

SO when you rope it in you have a gap at the seal that is 1/4, so the issue isn't the glass persay but the seal?

I have heard of seal fitment issue and that you have to use plenty of soapy water and work it as it could be that the seal isn't pushed out from the glass…

No it's the window frame its to small you can't get any 2nd frames to fit my gap and it's impossible to get window in as its to big with rubber on its about 1 inc past the gap and window ment fit through the gap mine doesn't

Managed today fit panel with help big hammer and chisel
Lined up top and sides then bashed bulk head panel forward 1/2 Inc
