You need to remove the clevis pin from the pedal, and work it out. It is a pain but it can be done.
There is the main rod at the top and a return spring that you have to contend with.
Pin at the Top that goes through to the clutch side.
Pin that holds the Clevis to the Pedal,
Return spring.

Cheers mate. I have all the stuff off the pedal, I just can't get the pin out (no 12).
Looks like it should just drift out with a few blows. Probably just corroded in place. I shall hit it harder then!

Yeah that's correct , remove clip and drift it out, removed mine yesterday, are you trying to do it in situ? might make it a bit harder. I removed my column and on the bench the pin popped out easily.
Yup, in situ mate. I shall just belt it a bit harder. Just needed confirmation that there wasn't something I was missing and was about to bend or break.
