Post

In my forever ongoing search for wheels I've come across these.

14" oz turbos. Thought they would look like on mysmall bumpers cabriolet.

Anyone ever seen these on a mk1 before ?
As usual I can't make my mind up!

Can't say I've ever seen these before and maybe the photo doesn't do them justice.

Don't know what colour your Cabby is but they might look good if it's seriously lowered with stretched boots if you get my meaning.

But whatever floats ya boat mate it's your car, your wheels and definitely your money so don't listen to us to much and do what you want.

Imagine if you take our word for it and week's later you walk out to your car and realize that you don't like the look.
At least if you go with your gut then in the worst scenario you made the call! 😉 👍🏼

I know they aren't exactly the same but you get the general idea.

It's very annoying as I have a mate that ran them but I can't find any pics of them on the interweb!

Edit! Found them!!!!!!

Good to see your German is getting better but I think you meant 'gut' as in good.

Personally I think these wheels look much better than the other version and nice to see you giving a plug for the 'Wörtersee GTI Treffer' as well which again will be next spring in Austria. Largest gathering in the world of its kind! 😉👍🏼

@Raul , yup iindeed it is mate.

Grungeisdead built it, he's a fellow mk1 polo owner, so I knew of the car before it became a fireball!

Shame.  :'(
