Alternator bracket for 1.8T

Hi all,
Can anyone let me know what they have used on their 1.8t's with regards to the alternator bracket? I want to get rid of the huge bracket and used something smaller in its place, not sure if there are any brackets that have the PAS pump and A/C compressor already deleted?

I cut it in half, just kept the section required.

I believe the pd bracket will move the alternator up to where you need it to be. Not expensive.

Thanks for your input guys. Think I will cut it down for now and then look at the PD option later on.
