9a head query

So the head on my 9a is knacked. Been quoted almost £400 to repair it. 

My question is, do I repair it or replace it? Can't seem to find another 9a head but think KR/ABFs are same?  Could I put my fast road cams straight in? I'm running twin 45s - is the inlet the same as the 9a.

aye any kr or abf will do you if you go standard. there are differences depending on ag.e donor but not enough to justify spending more on one than another

Got an audi ace 16v with ABF cams. Had a noisy tappet but otherwise perfect £250 for the full engine
