1.8t QPENG ECU

Post

Evening guys,

I have an AUM 1.8t MK1 with a QPENG 992B ECU and it's not boosting so I want to check if the ECU will shed some light but I have no idea how to connect to it. The car was not converted by me so I'm stabbing in the dark a little.

The only connector I have is the one below and the ECU itself has no other connectors other than it's own connection into the loom.

Does anyone know what I need to get this connected up to something like Easimap on a laptop?

I know that the MAP sensor is not connected in the pic and the hole is not blocked off, that's part of the stabbing in the dark I've been doing. The car idles fine with the MAP (and new MAP sensor) plugged into the loom but without the vacuum pipe connected but then won't boost at all, it stalls when the throttle is opened. Then if I connect the vacuum pipe to the MAP sensor it stalls within a few seconds even with the throttle closed.

If I take the MAP sensor out of the loom, the car starts but stalls instantly

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
