Quite unusual too, it's not based on a mk1 cabriolet, but on the campaign tintop and converted from there. It would have started out looking more like a traditional golf though. The bodykit is very ..er.. 80s!

it kinda of reminds me of that speedster conversion that guy did the silver one in all the mags a while back not my cup of tea, but atleast its a real mk1 i suppose and not a cabby :twisted: :starwars:

Just in case anyone's seriously thinking of buying it, here's a translation of the ad…
Sales well one recognizes received gulf 1 Karmei complete change the change of the company Karmei in the pictures.
In addition it has a Fichtel and a Sachs chassis, 40mm more deeply, light alloy wheels mit20?r tire, sport steering wheel, sport exhaust group of A, black tail lamps, lap belts etc.. everything registered. The verdeck is Tiptop in shot.
The car insisted today Tuev and outer ones on first attempt. Determined lack were porous rubber storage oh guidance in front right, engine oiled. as reference were to still read tire as well as brake linings in front would shortly be times due.
Otherwise everything… plaque gives in the best way. 2 years peace!!!

just because it's worth money doesn't make it attractive. both cars have really ugly wheels which don't do them any favours. i think a nice set of alloys make all the difference. however. regarding the first one. Golf lights should be standard. don't modify the lights, you can't improve on them so leave them alone.
