Your worst hoiday ever?

Okay its official this has been my worst holiday ever!
Sat - Everyone arrived safe (10 adults 9 kids.

Sun - went fishing 8 hrs didn't catch a thing but my older brother got stung by a wasp

Mon - went out had a great day no problems

Tues - went fishing again still no fish!

Wed - Amelia fractured her skull spent most of the day at hospital covered in vomit came back late

Thurs - still at hospital with Amelia finally got back at teatime did a bit of fishing and caught a couple.

Fri - heading out for the day and the drive shaft assemby on the n/s comes away from the gearbox, losing ALL gears and the oil need to be recovered to the holiday place (40 quid + VAT) and still need to get car back home tomorrow!

can anyone beat that?

I once got ice cream all over myself whilst sun bathing in Gran Canaria. I was pretty distressed at first, but it washed off in the end.

this year in majorca me sister hit her head on a tree and got concussion so we all had an unexpected trip 90 minute 30 degrees unairconditioned trip to palma hospital and we ended up being 200 euros worse off…still was good rest off the time

When I was about 10, Me, my Dad and his Missus (Ex-Missus) Went to Wales we stayed on a site full of wooden cabins, they had an upstairs and a downstairs but the decor looked like it hadnt been changed since the site was first built, probably in the 70's.

It was a 4 Day holiday "more of a nice break" my dad speculated. On the site ther was actually nothing to do! the cabins didnt have showers so for one you had to leg it halfway across the site with ur arse hangin out to have a shower at 6 in the mornin- Freezing cold because it was raining for the whole 4 days. We got stuck with the cabin furthest away from the shower aswell.

the only thing on the site was a pub, a crappy, Grotty, Boring pub in which kids had to be out for 9. This left me and Dads Missus sat at home watching a Television with 3 channels (4 had a bad reception). And I didnt get on with her! Not exactly a family friendly site.

There was so little to do during the day I stayed in and played on my N64 for about 12 hours- Talk about Square Eyes! (VWBeetle Racer) Cant remember the actual name but you raced beetles, if someone wants to do abit of research feel free id like to know the name.

Sorry this didnt have an atomic ending or a punchline I just like writing stories, but believe me it was probably the most suicidal time of my life 96 hours of pure boredom. - And the Bed was Rock Hard!

went to the dom republic about 4 years ago the other half booked us on some horse riding trip spent 3 on a horse and 10 days walking like john wayne

however i got my own back with a catamaran cruise she was sick for 8 hours     payback is sweet :wink:

I'm about to go round Europe….in a mk1 cab!
