I have just bought a 1986 mk1 golf gti cabriolet, do you know where i can get a workshop manual as i want to restore it. I need all the specs for the engine (1.8 DX) mainly.

ebay is your fiend unless you want to go to Hellfrauds for a Haynes Manual

You need the Brown haynes manual.
Or try and get the download for the full Bently manual.
