Dont ask what your club can do for you, but what can you do for your club?

No worries, Are you doing the 4 day industrial 1st Aid or the 2 day basic course?
Its quite straight forward, recovery position has changed along with CPR. if you have never done 1st Aid before there is a lot of info to take in, but if you turn up and listen you cant fail.

like ant says its fairly easy to pick up as long as you listen, having said that i cant remember much of it   i'm sure if my life or somebody else's life depended on it the things we were taught would come flooding back (fingers crossed).

The course is simple, they don't want you to fail as it looks bad on the people who are training you, I was a bit nervous but its a doddle!

I have to do first aid and defibrillator training for my work. I find the courses good fun and its true what everyone else is saying, it all comes back to you when it's required.

I have done the full 4 day course, twice as it happens,  as work let it lapse and as they pay me ?500 extra a year to doit, i can`t refuse.

It is quite easy but it is alot to take in, like other have said try not to panic and get nervous on the test at the end and you will be fine.
