you do realise you'll practicaly have to cut your entire boot floor out to put it on air ride?

sorry meant to say inner arches in boot not boot floor.

i've seen a few in the past on youtube and stuff and if you want it too sit on the deck (i'm assuming you do) to get the wheels way up in the arches im pretty sure some of the inner arch has to be cut out to make room for the wheels i think it also has something to do with the size and shapes of the air bags too.

?1200 is the cheapest I've seen so far.

I'm adamant on air ride on my gti. I'm not bothered about sitting it on the floor, it's just the only way I can have a low ride without killing my sump around where I live.

Just waiting on my juicy bonus this month :D

Ah, read the small print and it's 1500. Everyone else I've seen do it for 1600… not an awful lot of difference.

I'm looking at adapting my coilovers to take air bags - doesn't look that complicated - have a look for some info here - http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=396048&st=0
