Must say mate none of the above , to done before to round and to new skool ! sorry bbs`s , azevs , ronals , ats possably or a random set fron another vag manufacture like audi . the wider and smaller the better these days for shows but mk1s drive better on standard width wheels . 15`s are pushing the limits for radius for drivability . Enjoy the permanent limbo that is wheel perfection for a mk1 .!!!!! :dontknow:

I quite like the mim's they got a nice fat lip and they're a bit old school, think there's a set in the for sale section (not mine!)

i think that both the suggested wheels look good as a wheel but are too round and curvey for the mk1 . have a butchers on german ebay theres always summin weird and different on there

too modern in my opinion and if they didnt have a deep diesh theyd be corsa material !! they do a really bad onr that looks like a tsw venom with a deep dish too !

if your running the correct offsets ( dont ask ) ive been told that 8" front and 9" rear is possable in 14" . very limited designs in 14`s tho , im havin the same problem .

i wouldnt go any narrower than 195/45 on the 8" and 205 on the rears . best to speak to the fellas at dubmeister really . gwent vw are pretty helpfull to .
