Whats my MK1 worth?? help plz

hello all,  this is my mk1 that i am thinking of selling as it is stood in my garage. Dry stored, i use once or twice a week depends on weather

here's the spec,

On some of the pictures it has got a rusty bonnet thats been made to look rusty ie rat look but now has red bonnet fitted, but also comes with the rusty one

+ 1982 gti 1.6
+ 173,000 miles
+ 6 months tax an 11 months mot
+ None sunroof!
+ Mars red which has had a professional paint job 9 months ago so is mint!
+ also had new wings an sills when painted.
+ underneth is solid
+ no rust at all

+ The engine started as a 1.6 on log book but is a 1.8 8v
has had a full rebuild, 7000 miles ago with all new parts ie cam belt etc,

+ polished an ported tsr head
+ gas flowed
+ tsr pistons
+ kent cam
+ big inlet manifold
+ 4-2-1 manifold
+ stainless exhaust
+ panel filter
+ chrome hard pipe
+ chrome radiator cover
+ chrome dip stick
+ braided fuel lines
+ raceland front strut brace
+ rear strut brace
+ new battary
+ air horns
+ hid front lights
+ lowered on coilovers
+ 14" deep dish alloys,
+ Falkon tyres 3 are nearly new 1 is gettin ready
+ g60 front brakes with grooved discs new pads
+has been on rolling road when engine was done but lost print out, was reading 148bhp at wheels

Interia,

is bang standard apart from 8 ball gear nob an speakers. the standard seats are mint no rips which is rare for the age also has wolfburg door pins and mirrow adjusts,

has had a Hornet alarm fitted, (clifford)

only thing that car needs is a chrome strip down one side but i think ive found one of those an a centre cap is missin,,

bad bits,, for a 26 year old car there not bad but,, it has a little dent like a shoppin trolly dent in the drivers door near the door mirrow. the car came with the rusty bonnet an i put a red one on it which has a tiny scab in the middle really the bonnet cud do with a paint to bring it up to the cars standard, and the exhaust is a tad low in the centre which loves slow bumps!!

i was going to find standard suspention an wheelan sell it standard but cant be arsed.  you honesly wont find a more solid car, for its age its in mint condition..

whats it worth thanks, all pictures were taken the day of this post thanks

well..i was basing my price on a similar car in black that i've seen sell for ?1500, then i added the extra ?500 for the extras, and thats where my price came in.

Thats a lovely looking MK1 you have there Nath,For Value i would say ?2500-2800,but with that engine work theres no way you would get 148BHP at the wheels that would mean 173BHP at the flywheel thats 2.8 VR6 power i would say with those mods 148@the fly wheel and 123BHP at the wheels.
