Whats it worth?

Friend of a friend is selling his MK1 project (nearly finished) and wanted to get some idea of its worth. Not my kind of thing, so not really sure what value to put on it. It?s an X reg Lhasa Green, only needs bit of work to be MOT?d, but he doesn?t want to do that  :? . Did tell him would sell for more and quicker if MOT?d. Also loads of spares (doors, bumpers, lights which he doesn?t want to sell separately).

Good bits
Audi 2 Ltr 16 Valve (S-sam engine management)
Porsche brake upgrade
Half roll cage
Imola Wheels
De-trimmed and smoothed panels
MK2 Dash
Koni Suspension
Shell appears sound, no rot apart from one rust bubble on door (5 litres of lhasa 2 pack included)

Bad bits
Front wings need seam filling weld smoothed and whole wings need painting.
Needs a driveshaft fitted to finish it.
Needs MOT.
Not been driven, so may need a bit of fettling to get running right.
Has aftermarket glass sunroof.

Any opinions on ballpark value or shifting it much appreciated   .
