whats in the boot of your car?

my wife likes to carry nothing in the boot of her car, i would at least like her to carry a petrol can and some water.

what do you keep in your boot?

looks tidy paul, wish mine was that empty. but it ain't. it has a space saver, side trim for the car, exhaust backbox, few tools, heated grips from my old bike and a petrol tank in it.

presently nothing, well apart from a can of de-icer but thats due to me selling her soon to make way for my new cabby

Hood boot, painting easel. small dirty washing basket and a electric bread maker.

Besides the spare and jack etc, just a bottle of diluted coolent and a rug to protect the back seats when picking the boys up from rugby.

ohh and also just until I get the work done a gasket set for the rocker cover.

Right now? A snowboard with an Oxfam rug (one of those great patchwork ones that they sell at festivals for people getting cold) protecting the car.

And some reusable shopping bags.

No tools or man-useful things.  ops:

@ diesel-dubber that sounds just like my boot too. I'm too scared to take anything out as I know I'll need it as soon as I do.

I have breakdown cover too but hate the thought of not being able to sort it myself. It's all part of the fun  :mrgreen:
