What wheels have i got???

Ive got a set of 15" bbs one piece alloys from a corrado g60 on my gti.

just had my MOT and the tester said that one of my fronts is buckled!, which i would have though i would have felt whilst driving, but thats besides the point.

i dont know the rules on buckled wheels with MOTs, but just in case they do say that is a no go, i will need to know what they are called officially so i can get another one!

all i know is that they arent RA`s and obviously not splitties like the RM`s etc.
any help or advice would be cool.
cheers

It might say on the wheel somewhere (RX, RC, etc ???). Some later BBS 'share' the same letters, but are updated designs (I had a set of old RD's - nothing like the RD's you can buy at the moment)

Sorry I can't be of more help !

cheers for the reply Mark.
the car is still at the garage at the mo, so im not gunna have the chance to check the lettering just yet.
but if he says its a no go, then i will get an el cheapo steely from a scrappy to get it through then get the bbs alloy back and see whats what.

not sure how buckled it is, but i thought i would have noticed it, especially cos its a front?

Yes - I would have thought you'd notice it. Maybe best to take it to a tyre place and get them to spin it up and see. If it's a little out then I'd just use it on the back and not worry about it.
Cheers,

That was my thoughts exactly mark,
whack a steely on it, then when i get it back from the MOT put it on the rear, happy days!

other than the wheel it was rear number plate bulbs and a couple of perished hoses!
Rock on!

Cheers to both of u for your help
