Is it that the rear panel on the Golf is rust free?? - can't be right!

Interesting to see how much bigger the Polo is over the Golf!

Is this one of those wrong bumper, wrong headrest ones? Not so sure on my really early Golf stuff….

Or the Polo doesn't appear to have a driver aboard? And, which Polo has a twin tailpipe?

The picture has not been composed correctly - the polo has stolen the limelight! the golf should be in the foreground, the polo in the background!  

The rear lights on the Mk1 aren't right are they?

Ahhhh but, the Golf's in front where it should be

It looks like an early GTI and as such should have oval headrests.

How sad am I?  :roll:

Unless of course it is fitted with the super rare VW Motorsport seats which have rectangular head rests! :wink:

But looking from the rear seat it looks like someone has simply fitted the later striped seats due to wear.
