VW 1600 GTI. X reg. Mars Red. Spares or restore ?

I bought this car in 1994 and ran it until 1998 and am still wondering whether I should try to restore it or not.  
It has 113,000 miles on the clock, it may have done more.
I have fitted,
New set of De Carbon dampers, new springs front and rear.
G-Force drilled discs.
New headlamps.
New Schrick cam 274/270.
Standard alloys and 2 sets of steel wheels in 13" and 14".
Exchange steering rack.
New petrol filler pipe.
New front wheel bearings.
Needs new sills.
Stored in barn with three open sides.
Anyone have any suggestions ?

dont get rid of it restore it you may regret it one day
