US version MK1 grille square headlights

anyone got one of these??

pics would be nice tooo………i had a mk2 years ago with a jetta front….love that look……….want to see what my mk1 wouldlook like!!!!!

As I'm sure you know….you would need to change the front wings for Jetta/Rabbit ones so that the wraparound indicators would fit.

Look out for breakers yards near US airforce bases!….might be a longshot, but I found loads of Rabbits in a scrappy near Mildenhall airbase imported by squaddies and dumped.
