So whats the problem its not like he phoned the ripper got his answer machine and claimed to have slept with his daughter  :dontknow:

Why is everybody suddenly taking everything so seriously?

the people who complain only watch to complain.. or hear joke about it.

In yorks press there is a satirical writer who wrote about 'fat cats' and building prospects, building for students, buying to let etc and th eother  current economic situations in mind during this recession.

The Cats protection league then wrote in, in repsonse to this stating that their is a need for them to be building larger buildings with more equipent etc and provided facts of how many cats are in need of help every month etc!
Do they just not understand it wasn't aimed at them???

You've hit the nail on the head.

The nail and the head are both currently in discussions with Claims Direct to work out grounds for suing you for mental distress.

i work in the camping and caravanning trade and ive been in it for a number of years and know alot of the owners of the firms etc. so after been in the trade alot of them now are gd friends who we go on trips with (trade shows = lots of free alcohol)
i love top gear, jezza takes the mick out of us every week but im still in hysterics laughing my head off.
where else can you watch caravan conkers ??????
i dont take it seriously. dont see why people take everything to heart all of the time

richard hammond was on radio 1 this morning chris moyles show and said they had 180 complaints about clarkson but hammond said im afraid thats just clarkson the way he is    

clarkson has always been a funny guy i think hammond and may are just as good the humour is ace

There must of been 10 truck drivers/murders who have complained and 490 do gooders who have nothing better to do than complain about things.

They even made a programe a while a go for these complaining idiots called points of view, they buzz of things like that and rather watch that dribble than 3 over grown kids thrashing amazing cars and cracking tongue in cheek jokes!

Ive heard there giving clarkson the same treatment as brand and ross. If this happens it will be a crime, what else will we watch on a sunday, Heartbeat! :roll:

P.S - I seem to remember on 'Points of View' the viewers complained about Terry Wogan's 'lunchbox' on display….even the actual complaints programme got complaints…the world's gone mad!

its no different to the complaints made about me swearing in a photo in the golf+ Elsecar mega meet feature. I did not ask for the photo to go through a selection process or to be printed….

i thought it was funny…. didnt realise it would escalate or be printed…

Interesting to see that diesel-dubber's too shy to admit she's a bit of a fox too……… anyway, what's wrong with a few (thousand) complaints? All publicity's good publicity, after all. Can't see anything wrong with being a bit cheeky in a pic, myself.

Maybe we should all stop moaning and do some positive stuff!!

We should write in with words of praise for the show and clarkson and say how great they are!!!

If anyone else is interested I'll draft a letter and then everyone canprint a copy and post it in!!!

Lets make the BBC realise how stupid they have become!!!
