to the stupid **** peugot driver in windsor last night!!!

thanks to the above lady last night me and tallulah were very nearly crow food on the windsor relief road..obviously thought my 20 year old mk1 was an old banger and tried countless times to over take, then drove so far up my arse i couldnt see her headlights…then very predictably tried to cut me up on the roundabout-anyway lady my message to you is you may not have noticed my 2 fingers in the air as i belted down the slip road leaving you way behind, and yes i made it by inches to get in front of the bus before the raod ran out-but worth it!!!!
the moral of my story is, when you are faced with snooty drivers in sporty little numbers (wearing far too much make up-meow!) trying to out run your mk1 rag it like there's no tomorrow and worry about it later!!!!

Haha, I know exactly where you are coming from…

I took my golf up north (starting from Glasgow) to Aviemore a couple of weeks back, on the infamous a9 which is single track excluding some dual carriage ways to allow overtaking…I couldn't believe how many cars would not get out my way or pulled out in front of me, which I could only assume was due to them not thinking my car could go….

I was the one gesturing very rude hand signs while passing at a comfortable 110!  :wink:

to be honest i was beginning to think my car was jinxed by finding all the really bad drivers everywhere we went....but i think people just think they dont want to be stuck behind an old car.......i used to drive a beetle-it was worse in that, but it didnt half kick up some dust when i pulled away at the lights and left them all spitting out my fumes!!

i have this problem to… wh is it that all tss urs find me when i'm driving. Especially on sundays they all come out of the woodwork then!!!!!

Got stuck in road works on the A11 near norwich today and people were actually turning round and driving the wrong way up duel carriage way never seen anything so stupid bearing in mind aswell that the place the traffic had stopped was round a blind bend and people were still coming towards it full pelt in the correct direction.

Touch wood Littlerolf has a new starter motor and all is going well!!! cant wait to drive him tomorrow! yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee   :cheer:
