time for some minor changes for my daily.

Hi everybody! So i had my mk1 on a ramp last week.. spun the front wheels and see that my alloys are buckled nicely! they are/were some good looking bbs imitations.15" ls ronal. any way i think its time to get rid as they put the tracking out and will eat thru tyres.!
I posted this up as i was suggested by a switched on bunny to get some steelies on her which at first made me very sad as the wheels make the car.
TBH it will be for the best as the roads round here are dreadful, full of potholes!.
Can anyone suggest what steelies i should go for?.. or where to look for nice ones…?.. deep dish if any about?. looked up some weller wheels which look quite smart otherwise i can only think the g60's..? i think 14's should be appropriate as its already lowerd on weitek! Any body got any good ideas??.. sorry peeps

Also having to throw some more cash at her getting the rocker cover sorted, cambelt and fan belt done.. passenger top mount.. and a track rod    … im also missing the bar that goes accross the front of rocker cover from the front of air box..?? any ideas who to speak to or where to get one of them badboys..? lol cheers ppl.

I love the wellers personally! If you can get the adapters then rostyles are nice too! Standard MK2 golf steels in a 14 look like G60s but less money, plus you can always add things like beauty rings and chrome centres

Ebay for the steels, I got a set of 14" steelies for £50 delivered! 4x100, nice flat face for mounting baby moons to and a bit of dish too! Think the ones i got were off a mk3 diesel…..either way, worth a look about!
