tickets for gti international

i have ordered my tickets online but i havent recieved them in post,do i pick them up on the gate?
sorry to ask a random question but i cant get hold of anyone at the office
and i dont want to arrive on sunday and have to pay again.

best thing to do is.... do you have your booking reference, go with that tell them you have paid, and they should let you in.
