The must have Mk1 Tool!!!

Doing a bit of thought recently about what tools I should be carrying about I've heard lots of reference to the 10mm and 13mm spanner which just so happen to be the nut sizes used for rigging most rowing boats. Check out the following must have mk1 tool……

funnily enough also the sizes of bolts used on most push-bikes!

I prefer PARK tools :P ;)

Cool

All you would need is that and
Crosshead s/driver
Flat s/driver
17mm spanner

Anything else?

and you could do 90% of the jobs

WHY in your boot?

I bought a budget socket set from Homebase for ?8 which goes from 6 - 17mm and also includes a screwdriver set, plus a set of spanners from 10-19mm. There's also a tow rope and a fire extinguisher just in case…

I actually carry loads in my car!

Whenever I need to do a job (Car or House), I have to retrieve the tools from the car as my tool box is practically empty!

now now Dr Matty Bubs, no below the belt blows :P
you'll only end up scrunched on the floor crying ;)

you're right though at the moment it is a flinstone mobile :(
BUT it didn't ever need tools in it to make it work before i put it to the heinous garage of doom, whether it will when it comes out we can only guess at just now.

so :P to you :D
I don't need to buy anymore tools, being an ex bicycle technician means i have most of the spanners i'll ever need in triplicate! :D
